Hi, I’m Erin!

Smiling woman with wavy brown hair wearing a floral blouse.

I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience working directly with creative entrepreneurs, developing their marketing strategy, website design, and overall business growth.

My approach stems from directly working with busy, and often neurodiverse, small business owners. Throughout my career, I have recognized that many of us have a full plate. Your peas, or tasks, seem to pile on, leaving little room to do what you are good at!

As entrepreneurs, we are expected to wear all the hats and handle everything without it falling off, and from firsthand that can be downright impossible!

I am here to reduce the stress of promoting your business in addition to running it by taking the marketing “peas” off your plate.

In addition, with over 15 years of consulting under my belt, I have a plethora of knowledge in business organization and scalability. I am certified in Hubspot, Kajabi, and Agile Business Coaching.

Where does our name come from?

Starting a business changes your plate

Managing this “plate” becomes even more challenging in the business world. Entrepreneurs and leaders often feel the pressure of more peas piling up faster than they can manage them. In my experience, there are days when running a business means learning to prioritize—deciding which peas to hold onto and which to delegate. Marketing especially is like this: it’s easy for businesses to feel overwhelmed with tasks, choices, and demands. Plate of Peas Marketing was born from the idea that we can help businesses hold onto the peas that matter, strategically and effectively, without letting the essentials roll away.

And if you're neurodivergent, your plate capacity is different

For those of us who are neurodivergent, the balancing act of managing your plate and your peas can feel even more challenging. Sometimes our plates feel smaller or a little more precarious. The “peas” we hold may take more focus or special handling to stay on. I’ve learned firsthand how important it is to build strategies that honor each person’s and each business’s unique plate size and capacity. By focusing on customized, supportive marketing solutions, I aim to create a space where businesses feel seen and understood—where their “peas” are handled with care and intention.

A note on community

Finally, Plate of Peas is about the power of community. In life and in business, we all need people who can catch the peas that occasionally fall off our plate. My goal is to be that supportive hand for my clients, catching what they can’t handle alone and ensuring their business still thrives even when things get chaotic. I want Plate of Peas Marketing to be the kind of partner that helps companies not just keep up, but flourish—no matter how full their plate may feel.

Our name, Plate of Peas Marketing is more than a metaphor. It is a reminder that with the right support, empathy, and strategies, we can all manage our plate of peas a little better.

Life, work, and even success in marketing often feel like managing a plate that’s never quite big enough to hold everything we need it to.

Each of us is born with a plate, and it begins with a small number of peas—our goals, needs, and responsibilities. As we grow, more peas are added to our plate. Some peas stay balanced, some roll-off, and sometimes, we need help keeping it all together.
